Two Bad Cats

Two Bad Cats
You knew it was wrong
To knock the clock down
From the table and make it go bong.

You knew I’d see red
If you jumped on the bed
And ran over my belly and head.

And let me repeat:
You don’t get any treats
Till you’ve eaten up all of your meat.

Your behavior is shameless,
But I’m hardly blameless,
And all my objections are aimless.

For I know that you rule,
And that I am a fool
To think that I am more than your tool.
